Threaded repair inserts rarely provide a remedy here. The better solution is the RGV repair studs from BOXERBASIS. Installation is very simple: Drill out the thread (\u00f8 8.1 mm), cut a new thread with an M10 tap and countersink with a 45\u00b0 countersink. Then screw in the repair bolts using threadlocker.
