The ST is in good, roadworthy condition. It was with the last owner for over 20 years. As the machine is identical to the off-road version R 80 G/S apart from a few details and was built before 1988, this ST is perfect for a conversion. It is therefore the best basis for a top-class off-road conversion such as the HPN Schek or SWT, or even an uncomplicated everyday bike. The engine starts cleanly and willingly and runs well without any reason for complaint. The gearbox shifts well, the brakes stop.The electrics work flawlessly.
