Our additional strut stabilizes the rear frame of the ST, GS and G/S models. Costly broken rear frames are now a thing of the past. Especially when used off-road and with additional loads from luggage, the rear end can break or become deformed. Our brace counteracts this. It is manufactured exclusively for the BOXERBASIS by Fehling in the familiar quality and is powder-coated in black. For all models with top-mounted exhaust, one strut is fitted, for all models with bottom-mounted exhaust, two struts are fitted. The matching screw set is included in the scope of delivery. The special feature is the stainless steel stabilizing plate included with each strut, which is screwed to the inside of the rear of the frame. It distributes the forces and has an additional stabilizing effect. Like the struts, it also fits when using the standard pannier rack and the perforated frame rear of the first series G/S models (depending on the pannier rack, standard spacers and longer bolts may have to be purchased and fitted).
