This original Schek-G/S has been restored with great effort in recent years and runs like new today. It has only been ridden approx. 50 km since the restoration. The original mileage is unchanged in the speedometer. A policeman from Münster had it built on the basis of an R90S with the support of Herbert Schek for his trip to Africa. It features the typical Schek frame modifications and engine tuning and has the typical Schek Maico fork. It is registered as a Schek – not a BMW – and bears chassis number 18, making it the last of the BMWs built by Herbert Schek. The MO reported on this vehicle. The article can be downloaded here.
