Rare small original toaster tank for the BMW R50/5, 60/5 and 75/5, with retaining tabs for the chrome covers. No filler or repair visible, no thick coat of paint. The brown edges on one of the tabs are not a leak, something has been poured over the paint, leaving brown marks. Not an Indian or Chinese replica. All threads and retaining plates in good order.
Original coating inside good, only paint mist from painting inside the tank opening area. Chrome covers are available as reproductions. We still have numerous similar and other used parts in stock, including some tanks. We can also procure many new parts. Please just mail or call us!
